Coach Abby is a dedicated athlete and a strong leader. She graduated from St. Bonaventure University where she scored a total of 122 points over four years. Her commitment to the game is evident in her passion and hard work. Currently Abby is pursuing her master's degree at Trent University while continuing to play at a high level. This combination of academics and sports showcases her determination and ability to balance her responsibilities effectively.

OCC and Trent University alum Nick brings high energy and elite lacrosse IQ to our athletes. From competing at the highest levels to coaching youth elite lacrosse with the Evolve Lacrosse program, Coach Nick delivers the experience, passion, and leadership our athletes need to succeed.

Liftlock Lacrosse Co. was founded with a passion for the sport and a desire to provide top-notch lacrosse training in the heart of Peterborough, Ontario. Our coaches have years of experience playing or coaching at high levels, from NCAA to professional leagues. We are committed to helping our players develop their skills and grow both on and off the field.
Justin Warner - Owner Coach Warner aims to promote and sustain the sport of lacrosse in Peterborough. He dedicates a significant amount of time to developing young players helping them improve their skills and passion for the game. In addition to his work with youth he also holds a prestigious position as the head coach of the France Men's National team and Irish women's sixes team These roles allows him to share his expertise on an international stage. Furthermore he contributes to Evolve Elite Lacrosse which is recognized as Canada’s top youth travel program.
